Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
A:Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 5tons. But if your quantity is small, the price may be a little higher. When there is a big quantity, the price will be quite lower.
Q:Do you supply customizable products?
A: You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce as your drawing. Or we can design as your requirements if you do not have a clear plan.
Q:How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
